Salon Policies

Our stylists require a 50% deposit of the service total for services booked with a minimum of 3 hours. 

All of our services are guaranteed here at Roots, so if there are any adjustments needed to be made please contact us within 2 weeks of your service. Your stylist will be happy to accommodate you as best as possible.

As we guarantee our work as stated above, we will not at this time be offering refunds.
