Confirmation E-mails

You will receive a confirmation e-mail if you enter your e-mail address into our online system. These responses are not system generated and are looked at individually by our receptionists. If you make a booking when we’re closed, you will receive an e-mail during operational hours the next day we are open.

One, if you’re unhappy the day of service, let us know right away and we’ll correct it on the spot at no additional charge.
